The Barraquer Institute has since its foundation with its own journal:

• Between 1947 and 1959, the Institute published studies and reports eye.
• Since 1959, this publication was replaced by the Annals of the Barraquer Institute, a journal of general ophthalmology of great prestige, that on a quarterly basis reviews the various topics of current interest.
