Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2005), specialized in Ophthalmology (2010), with a brilliant academic record. She complemented her training specifically in the subspecialty of Uveitis and Ocular Inflammation at the Clinical Institute of Ophthalmology (Barcelona) and at the Massachusetts Eye Research and Surgery Institution (Cambridge, MA, USA), where she followed a 6 month program (January-June 2011).

She combines her clinical practice in Centro de Oftalmología Barraquer with teaching activities at the Institut Universitari Barraquer, having received numerous awards and honors for her congress papers and presentations. She has also published several articles and chapters in specialized journals.
