Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (2001) and specialist in Ophthalmology (2006). In 2004, she made a stay of 3 months at "Miguel Burnier" Ocular Pathology Register of the University Institute of Applied Ophthalmobiology (IOBA), Valladolid.

She develops her ophthalmologic activity in the Vitreous-Retina Department of Centro de Oftalmología Barraquer, with an outstanding work in the field of diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of ARMD (Age-Related Macular Degeneration).

She is a part of the education team of professors of Master Courses, Degree and other Postgraduate monographic courses organized by the Institut Universitari Barraquer (UAB).
