Dr. Alina Mugnani Deza is a Specialist Ophthalmologist at Barraquer Eye Hospital, U.A.E. She carries over 22 years of experience in ophthalmology care.
She has sub-specialized in Paediatric Ophthalmology by working in paediatric hospitals internationally and has a Master’s Degree in “Diagnosis and treatment of cataract and glaucoma“ in Instituto Barraquer in 2005.
Dr. Alina is also a member of the Spanish Society of Strabismus and Pediatric Ophthalmology (SEEOP). She has been invited in several national and international congresses as a speaker. She has an extensive experience in paediatric pathologies such as retinopathy of premature babies, uveitis and pediatric & adult neuro-ophthalmology. In addition, she has clinical and surgical experience in strabismus, both in children and adults.
