Through this information channel, all complaints and claims related to patient care in consultation (diagnostic tests and medical visits) as well as in surgery (admission, operating room and surgical results) are attended to.

The channel is also enabled to receive suggestions and thanks.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption. The Barraquer Ophthalmology Centre has implemented an internal information system with the creation of an internal complaints channel. Through this channel you can present any type of information related to conduct of Barraquer staff contrary to the legal system in accordance with Law 2/2023. If you wish to file another type of complaint, you must go to the corresponding section on this same page.

The complaints channel is a means to facilitate the agile and confidential communication of irregularities that may involve regulatory non-compliance. Communications may be submitted anonymously.

The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any device and in various languages, through the following access routes:

  • Complaints can also be submitted through a face-to-face meeting by sending the request through one of the communication channels mentioned above.

Without prejudice to the detailed access routes, the interested party may contact the independent whistleblower protection authority.
